Responsibilities

  • Perform planned preventative maintenance on BMS systems.

  • Respond professionally to reactive maintenance calls.
  • Upgrade BMS hardware and control panels as needed.

We're seeking a skilled and motivated BMS Commissioning Engineer to join our growing team, playing a vital role in maintaining, optimising, and upgrading building management systems across a variety of commercial and industrial sites. Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, etc.)
  • Diagnose and rectify faults in existing BMS infrastructure
  • Perform software updates, controller reconfigurations, and strategy modifications
  • Interpret BMS data to monitor and optimise energy performance
  • Provide comprehensive service and fault-finding reports following site visits
  • Respond promptly and professionally to reactive maintenance callouts
  • Modify or upgrade BMS hardware and control panels as site requirements evolve
  • Liaise with clients to explain findings and suggest system improvements
