Job summary

A growing building services company in Scotland is seeking an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer. In this role, you will manage exciting projects from installation to optimization using advanced BMS technologies. Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of Trend or Tridium and excellent communication skills. This position offers a company car or allowance, private healthcare, and 25 days holiday.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of BMS systems and technologies.
  • Confident in managing a programme of works.
  • Valid CSCS/ECS card.

Responsibilities

  • Install and connect BMS hardware and field devices.
  • Load control programs and perform point-to-point checks.
  • Test and adjust control sequences and alarms.
  • Integrate BMS with HVAC and other services.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and optimise performance.
  • Complete testing documentation and train building operators.

  • Contractual knowledge is a plus
