A leading construction and property firm is seeking an experienced HVAC Mobile Maintenance Engineer for a mobile contract in London. The role offers the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance. Candidates must have NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant discipline and a Current F Gas Certification. This position requires strong mechanical skills and a full UK Driving License.

Qualifications

HVAC Mobile Maintenance Engineer - Mobile Contract, London

Are you an experienced HVAC Mechanical Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable opportunity in London? Join our team on a mobile contract with excellent potential for a long-term role!

Responsibilities
  • Perform planned and reactive mechanical maintenance on HVAC systems across various commercial sites in London.
  • Work on mobile contracts with a clear pathway to permanent employment based on performance (temp-to-perm).
Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant mechanical/HVAC discipline.
  • Current F Gas Certification (essential).
  • Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, fault finding, and repair of HVAC plant (AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, etc.).
  • Full UK Driving License (van provided for work use).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
Shift Patterns
  • Monday - Friday (Standard business hours)
  • 4 on / 4 off (Days)
