Overview

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Warwick. Permanent role with a package including a company van and benefits. Salary circa £40,000 – £45,000 depending on experience.

AndersElite are recruiting on behalf of a premier building services contractor in the Warwickshire area for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. The position is available from November 2025 or thereafter should the selected candidate have to serve notice with their current employer.

Reporting to the Mechanical Maintenance Manager, you will be working on reactive and planned maintenance in a variety of commercial and domestic settings including offices, health centres, hotels, schools, residential, care homes, and student accommodation.

You will need to be multi-skilled to carry out a range of maintenance tasks such as leaks, fault finding and rectification, reporting material requirements to the office, and providing a report/note so the office can liaise with the Client and potentially book further visits.

This role also supports the major projects team after project completion during the defect period, working with customer care who will schedule your visits.

The successful candidate will need thorough knowledge of all mechanical systems, be well organized with excellent workmanship, and possess a personable nature with strong customer service skills.
