Résumé du poste
A leading care provider in Chorley seeks a dynamic manager to oversee learning disability support services. You will lead a motivated team and ensure the delivery of tailored care. Required are extensive management experience and knowledge of social care, particularly for individuals with learning disabilities. This position involves both direct oversight and documentation tasks, contributing to continuous service improvement.
Qualifications
- Must be an accomplished manager with a strong background in social care.
- Experience in working with individuals who have a learning disability is essential.
Responsabilités
- Manage service provision under the direction of the Registered Manager.
- Coordinate tailored support services for each service user.
- Supervise a team of Support Workers and maintain high standards of care.
