Working in the Triage and Assessment team

You will be responsible for carrying our triage calls to all young people on our assessment wait list to ensure they are on the correct pathway.

You will then carry out robust mental health assessments, formulating a plan of care, risk assessing and liaising with other teams internally and externally to CAMHS. You will have regular contact with young people suffering from moderate to severe and enduring mental health difficulties from a wide range of backgrounds.

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and hold a small caseload of young people presenting with risky behaviours.
