A leading car dealership in Doncaster is seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join their team. Responsibilities include arranging service department bookings, ensuring efficient workshop loading, and upselling services. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Service Advisor, knowledge of DMS systems such as Kerridge, and a full UK driving license. Offering a basic salary of £28,500 with an OTE of £34,000, this position presents excellent benefits including ongoing training and employee discounts.

- Knowledge of Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle or similar DMS systems is required.
- Experience in upselling services.

- Arrange Service Department bookings.
- Ensure efficient workshop loading and attend to customer requirements.
- Liaise with the workshop for vehicle completion times.

Basic Salary: £28,500
OTE: £34,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 To 17:30 & Saturday on Rota

- Arranging Service Department bookings.
- Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards. >Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans
- Liaise with the workshop to determine vehicle completion times and relay any information
- Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor
- Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
- Previous experience Upselling
- Full manual UK Driving License - Subject to drivers check
