Qualifications

  • Perform reactive and planned maintenance on all electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Conduct electrical installation work for new machinery.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in building services and machinery.

Dive into an exhilarating role, where you'll play an integral part to the success of the business - diagnosing faults, performing intricate electrical and mechanical repairs, and ensuring the seamless operation of cutting‑edge machinery including automated assembly cells, injection moulding, and hydraulic presses.

Responsibilities
  • Reactive and planned maintenance of all electrical and mechanical equipment on site including services, distribution, plant machinery and miscellaneous equipment.
  • Electrical installation work when required for new plant, machinery, equipment, and services.
  • Fault‑finding, diagnosis and repair of faults that occur in the building services, plant, machinery, and other equipment.
Qualifications
  • Be experienced in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
  • Have worked in a manufacturing/production environment, maintaining production machinery.
  • Have experience of electrical installation work (single and 3ph).
  • Possess good fault‑finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Have experience working with and fault finding on PLC's and HMI's.
  • Be apprentice trained (holding NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent).
