Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis, working remotely from Stirling and visiting customer sites across the region. The role offers a basic salary of up to £42,000, with generous overtime potential, tooling allowance, and additional benefits including a company pension and career development opportunities. Candidates should have service engineering experience and a UK driving licence.

Skills
Education
Our superb client is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join them on a permanent basis, based remotely from Stirling and travelling to customer sites across the region. Core hours are 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday (overtime will be payable outside these hours).
- Diagnose plant machinery and service/repair machinery in a customer‑facing, site‑visit based role.
- Work on construction machinery, plant machinery, HGV or agricultural machinery, covering hydraulic systems, axles, manual/ power‑shift transmission and cam‑bus electrical systems.
- Build strong business relationships, promote a professional company image and consistently meet/exceed customer expectations.
- Previous and recent service engineering/maintenance experience on construction/plant/HGV/agricultural machinery.
- NVQ Level 2, 3 or equivalent; proven experience in plant industry servicing and maintenance.
- Full UK driving licence.
Basic salary up to £42,000 (level of experience) plus overtime to a generous OTE level, tooling allowance, 22 days paid annual leave (rising with length of service) plus bank holiday, company pension, discounted products, employee perks and benefits, company uniform, career development and much more.
