About Your New Company

My client is a family‑owned business, dedicated to service to the agricultural, vehicle, and groundcare industries. As one of the largest dealers in the UK, they supply a full range of complementary machinery from leading manufacturers.

The Role
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural machinery such as tractors and combines to manufacturer standards.
  • Keep detailed and accurate service records.
  • Ensure all equipment is safe, reliable, and performing at its best.
  • Demonstrate and install machinery as needed.
  • Work closely with the service and workshop teams to meet tight deadlines.
  • Travel to customer locations for on‑site servicing and repairs.
What I'm Looking For
  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Land‑Based Engineering or an equivalent (HGV, plant, or construction experience considered).
  • Have strong mechanical and diagnostic skills, ideally with experience in agricultural machinery.
  • Be proactive and adaptable, capable of working under pressure, especially during peak seasons.
  • Communicate effectively with both customers and team members.
  • Be open to continuous learning and willing to attend manufacturer training courses.
