Applicants are invited for the position of Evening Cleaning Supervisor based at our Dover Depot, which operates a fleet of around 65 vehicles.

This full-time position is a new role created to improve cleaning standards and help us achieve our goal of becoming the number one transport provider in the South East.

Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager, this role has three main areas of responsibility:

1. Driving and enhancing all aspects of vehicle cleaning and presentation of the Dover Depot fleet above Stagecoach standards.
2. Leading the day-to-day responsibilities of the cleaning/shunting teams, and identifying and implementing improved working practices.
3. Ensuring high standards of service delivery are maintained and embedded throughout the depot.
