A recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Pensions Adviser in West London. The role involves supporting the daily operation of Pension Services, managing member records, and ensuring accurate pension benefits processing. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail. This position is full-time on a temporary basis, offering £22.83 per hour. Responsabilités
- Support the day-to-day running of the Pension Service.
- Monitor performance of pension administrator provider.
- Manage and maintain accurate member records.
- Calculate and verify redundancy payments.
- Process pension benefits and contributions.
- Handle weekly payments and analyze contributions.
- Coordinate early retirement processes.
- Assist with triannual valuations and audits.
- Onboard new employers into the Fund.
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership.
Full time hours on a temporary basis
- Supporting the Assistant Pensions Team Manager in the day-to-day running of the Pension Service.
- Monitoring the performance of our pension administrator provider to ensure top-tier service delivery.
- Managing and maintaining accurate member records and supporting employers in meeting their pension obligations.
- Calculating and verifying redundancy payments with precision.
- Processing all types of pension benefits and contributions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handling weekly payments and analysing monthly employer contribution remittances and schedules.
- Coordinating early retirement processes, providing data and liaising with administrators and stakeholders.
- Assisting with triannual valuations and audit requests.
- Onboarding new employers and admitted bodies into the Fund efficiently and accurately.
- Providing administrative support to senior pensions leadership as needed.
