A leading occupational health service provider in the UK is seeking an experienced Resource Planner to join their Mobile Units team. The successful candidate will coordinate service delivery, manage resources, and provide excellent support to customers. Proven organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience in customer service are essential for this role.

We have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Resource Planner to join our Mobile Units team. Working as part of the central functions team you will be used to working in a fast paced, agile environment.
As a Resource Planner, you will be an integral part of a team to coordinate escalated cases returned by our screening staffs including liaising with our case management and clinical teams and updating records in accordance with the escalation outcome and scheduling of any actions.
To be considered for this role, you must have good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, alongside excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in your work. Strong teamwork skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate well with others. Proficiency in IT, including the use of database systems, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and some familiarity with Excel, is required. Additionally, strong verbal and written communication skills are important to interact professionally with colleagues and customers. The role also demands someone with initiative and a proactive approach, who is willing to take an active role in their own development. Previous experience in customer service is essential, as is the ability to provide a high level of support and ensure customer satisfaction.
