MOD Defence Tech Delivery Manager – Hybrid (Projects)
Job summary
A secure communications provider in Redhill is seeking a Technical Service Delivery Manager to manage technical projects across MOD contracts, including satellite communications. This role offers a salary of £60,000 - £65,000 with benefits and operates in a hybrid model after the probation period. Candidates should have project management experience in MOD or UK government settings and a technical background in electrical/electronic systems. Prime responsibilities include overseeing service delivery and managing documentation.

Responsibilities
- Oversee service delivery and technical project management of MOD project portfolios.
- Manage documentation including risk registers and schedules.
- Track project progress and ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
- Act as the key contact for project delivery issues.
- Support roll-out of planning and through-life support processes.
- Represent the business at customer and commercial meetings.
- Assist with bid writing for MOD/government tenders.
- Take on line management responsibilities as necessary.
