- Lead and manage subcontractors, site teams, and project stakeholders
- Ensure programme, budget, and quality targets are met
- Manage design coordination, risk management, and change control
- Proven experience delivering care home and school projects (£5M - £80M)
- Expertise in demolition, cut & carve, steel frame, and live site management
- Degree-qualified and PRINCE2 certified
- DBS checked (or willing to obtain) due to school project requirements
- Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills
