This role involves collaborating with both technical leaders and operational teams, facilitating the planning and delivery of multiple projects, and ensuring project documentation is maintained. Ideal candidates will have a background in IT or project management and possess strong organizational and communication skills. This is an onsite position during standard office hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in a structured or fast-paced technology or IT environment.
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Project management training or certification such as PRINCE2 or Agile is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of multiple projects.
• Produce and maintain project plans, task lists, and schedules.
• Coordinate work between internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide administrative support to the delivery team.
