A leading Tier 1 contractor with a strong staff retention rate is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee care home and school projects across live sites. This role involves managing demolition, cut & carve, steel frame, and full build developments while ensuring quality, safety, and programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full project lifecycle management from pre-construction to handover
  • Oversee live sites, ensuring minimal disruption and strict compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Lead and manage subcontractors, site teams, and project stakeholders
  • Ensure programme, budget, and quality targets are met
  • Manage design coordination, risk management, and change control
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering care home and school projects (£5M - £80M)
  • Expertise in demolition, cut & carve, steel frame, and live site management
  • Degree-qualified and PRINCE2 certified
  • DBS checked (or willing to obtain) due to school project requirements
