Job summary
A reputable demolition and decommissioning contractor seeks a Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial support on projects. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, managing budgets, and subcontract performance. Candidates should have a degree in Quantity Surveying, experience in construction or demolition, and relevant contract administration skills. The position is based in the M3 Corridor with a competitive salary of £70k DOE. A driving license and willingness to travel are required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or demolition.
- Security clearance desirable.
- Valid CSCS card.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with clients on commercial matters.
- Drafting sub‑contract orders/contracts with subcontractors.
- Valuing completed work and managing budgets.
