A leading Estate Agency in St Albans is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to enhance their sales department. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build client relationships. The role demands a target-driven individual who can work effectively within a team. The position offers a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 plus commission, with an OTE of £45,000 - £50,000.
