Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales during the pre‑sale phase
• Build local awareness and interest in the brand
• Conduct door‑to‑door and B2B outreach to local residents, nearby businesses and corporate offices
• Take payments and manage the full membership sign‑up process
• Hit and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Represent Novo with professionalism and enthusiasm in all community interactions
• Report directly to senior management with updates, insights, and performance data
