Job description

Job Description

Business Development Manager for a freight forwarder based in the North West of England. This role is hybrid with about 1-2 days in the office and the rest is meeting clients. You will head up the sales direction for the company, and this role is a bit of a blank page for how the role will be defined and the direction of the sales approach.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies.
Identify and engage potential clients.
Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience in business development or sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
