Commercial Manager - Defence Procurement/SC cleared
We're recruiting a Commercial Manager to manage sourcing, procurement, and contract delivery for high-value MOD programmes, including FAP and other UKSC HQ contracts. This is a key role focused on ensuring value for money, legal compliance, and successful supplier outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead commercial strategies and procurement documentation (ITT, contract terms, etc.)
Ensure compliance with DSPCR, PCR, and Procurement Act 2023
Build strong stakeholder relationships across MOD, UKSC, and suppliers
Apply commercial judgement to improve outcomes and manage risk
Contribute to long-term planning, innovation, and efficiency in procurement
Requirements: Experience with public sector procurement, strong knowledge of MOD policies, and ideally MCIPS qualified
The role is INSIDE ir35 via Umbrella.
