About the Team

The Web and Content Strategy Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategic vision, improvements, and updates of our website to enhance user experience and drive business objectives. This role involves coordinating with multiple departments, managing stakeholders and ensuring the successful implementation of web initiatives through effective testing and optimization.

Website Improvements & Content Strategy:

  • Lead the planning and execution of website enhancements, focusing on strategic improvements that drive business objectives and elevate the user experience.
  • Identify and prioritize areas for improvement, including design, content, usability, and functionality, to ensure the website effectively supports marketing and branding goals.
  • Develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives and resonates with target audiences, enhancing brand positioning and conversions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality, cohesive content that supports marketing campaigns
  • Continuously evaluate and refine the content strategy through regular performance reviews and feedback loops, adapting to changing market dynamics and audience needs.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership across businesses to leverage complementary strengths and drive mutual growth.
  • Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with the latest industry trends and user expectations.
  • Work closely with developers to implement advanced features and technologies that enhance site performance and scalability.
  • Partner with content creators to deliver engaging and relevant content that resonates with target audiences and supports conversion goals.
  • Ensure that updates are aligned with SEO best practices to improve visibility and search rankings.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep the website competitive and innovative.

Data & Analytics:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain real-time dashboards that provide comprehensive insights into website performance.
  • Leverage web analytics tools to collect and analyze data, ensuring metrics are aligned with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimizations that enhance website functionality and user experience.
  • Regularly review and interpret analytics reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Prioritize a user-centric approach by integrating user feedback and behavioral data to refine and personalize website interactions.

Testing & Optimization:

  • Work with Data lead to implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to continually improve website performance and align with business objectives.
  • Utilize specialized testing tools to design, execute, and monitor experiments, ensuring accurate measurement of outcomes.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to interpret test results, transforming insights into actionable strategies for website enhancements.
  • Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of changes and make data-driven decisions aimed at optimizing user experience and engagement.
  • Continuously refine testing methodologies to enhance accuracy and reliability, fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

    • Work closely with marketing, technology, design, and other departments to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment with broader company initiatives.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams to achieve project goals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.
