A leading optical retailer in Liverpool is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive customer satisfaction and manage team performance. You will oversee store operations, assist in clinical activities, and support team training and development. The ideal candidate must be GOC Registered and have experience in customer-facing roles. As an Assistant Manager at Boots Opticians, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver an exemplary customer journey. You will work closely with the Store Manager to create and deliver the commercial plan to grow and improve the business. You will be involved in customer service, store operations and clinical activities including patient pre-screening, dispensing, accuracy checks, and more. You will manage a team with diverse experience and clinical knowledge, helping them develop their knowledge, skills and future careers. This also includes management tasks such as creating and maintaining rotas, return to work reviews and performance management.
