A fast‑growing fashion retailer is seeking an experienced Multi‑Brand Store Manager to lead the performance of multiple clothing stores across the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. If you are commercially driven, capable of motivating teams, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple fashion retail stores
• Maintain high standards in store presentation, visual merchandising, and customer service
• Use sales data and KPIs to improve performance and achieve targets
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams
• Ensure accurate stock management and support promotional activity
• Monitor costs, manage P&L, and optimise operational efficiency
