We are hiring a Assistant Store Manager at our Store in Clarks Village. This store has just gone through a refit so features new concepts that adds something truly unique to Clarks Village. We are looking for a leader with experience developing the team to deliver fantastic service standards as well as lead and develop the high volume sales operation.
You will be an experienced, dynamic, commercially focused Assistant Store Managerwith proven resultsto leading teams and grow sales. This will be a busy role in our store in the fabulous Clarks Village, Street.We are not looking for someone to follow our guide – we are looking for a manager who can analyse our current performance and bring improvements to sales and operational efficiency through their own ideas and retail experience to help deliver a HARIBO experience for our customers and colleagues instore. Our Assistant Store Manager for Clarks Village will be self-motivated and hands on with previous exposure to working in a fast-paced retail environment and must be prepared to lead the team with a one-team approach to retail.
Team Leadership skills and a focus on people, customers and sales are all key, along with a drive to make the store environment and the team, the best they possibly can be!
Valid driving licence is essential as you may be required to travel to other stores.
Working Hours
We are flexible dependent on the candidates choice of contracted working hours per week - this could either be 30 or 40 hours a week and can be discussed during the interview process. The shifts will change each week across weekdays and weekends in line with Clarks Village opening times.

This role is 30-40 hours a week, working in a flexible nature to suit the needs of the retail business. UK travel may be required with this role, as the retail team work as a very close knit team, where support to other stores is often required.
