We’re searching for a dynamic Retail Manager to take on a pivotal leadership role within a prestigious travel‑retail business at Heathrow Airport. This is no ordinary retail environment—Heathrow is fast, constantly busy, and commercially powerful, offering the kind of sales energy most high‑street locations see only at peak season. About the role

You’ll be responsible for driving the success of your department, leading a team of 7–10 sales specialists with confidence and clarity. This is a highly visible, shop‑floor‑focused position where you’ll energise your team, elevate customer interactions, and maintain exceptionally high standards of service and presentation. You’ll also be an integral member of the wider management group, working cross‑department to ensure seamless operations in a complex, premium environment.
