We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team on Ward D3E in the Royal Gwent Hospital. We have an exciting opportunity to gain a vast amount of experience and learning.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The willingness and ability to work in a constantly changing environment is also an essential requirement.

The HCSW will provide high quality, consistent and cost-effective health care for patients with acute physical and psychological needs. You will need to demonstrate a commitment to delivering high quality person centred care. You must be an excellent team player, have high levels of motivation and enthusiasm for working in a demanding but rewarding service. You will be joining a team that is passionate and focused on achieving excellence in care delivery, for all patients in this area of specialised nursing.

• Good communication skills, motivated, team player, able to adapt to change
• Excellent interpersonal skills, IT skills
• Ability to speak Welsh is desirable. Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
