A well-respected health organization is seeking a Health Care Support Worker for Ward D3E at the Royal Gwent Hospital in England. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide top-notch care to patients. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team on Ward D3E in the Royal Gwent Hospital. We have an exciting opportunity to gain a vast amount of experience and learning.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The willingness and ability to work in a constantly changing environment is also an essential requirement.
The HCSW will provide high quality, consistent and cost-effective health care for patients with acute physical and psychological needs. You will need to demonstrate a commitment to delivering high quality person centred care. You must be an excellent team player, have high levels of motivation and enthusiasm for working in a demanding but rewarding service. You will be joining a team that is passionate and focused on achieving excellence in care delivery, for all patients in this area of specialised nursing.
