As a CBRE Critical Services Supervisor, you will oversee the team that resolves and completes day‑to‑day work orders to meet customer satisfaction. This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments. Please note: This role is a continental shift pattern (a mix of days/nights).
Ensure all environmental conditions are maintained at all times with regard to critical building systems. To carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive and breakdown works to all mechanical and electrical systems within the site. Shift Engineers are responsible for the maintenance and have an in‑depth knowledge of the UPS, Generators (DRUPS) HV, PDU’s, CRAC HVAC units at BoA 2 King Edward Street, which will include the ability to fault‑find using the production of graphical information and the utilisation of current alarm data.
1. Accountable to Assistant Chief Engineer.
2. The post holder has two directly reporting staff.
