A leading property management firm in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Property Programme Manager to oversee the Property Development Programme. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring the timely delivery of strategic projects across retail and office sectors, and maintaining budget accountability for projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in programme management, a solution-oriented mindset, and proficiency in project management methodologies. Qualifications

- Proven track record managing global retail projects.
- Solid experience in mentoring and managing a programme team.

- Proficiency in project management methodologies like PRINCE2 and Agile.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Property Development Programme across all regions.
- Manage and deliver a complex cross-functional programme from start to finish.
- Responsible for project resource planning and budget management.
- Act as the key point of contact for the Property delivery programme.
