- Manage sales and purchases of residential property
- Draft, negotiate and implement missives
- Handle title checks, settlement procedures and client reporting
- Ensure compliance with AML procedures and regulatory requirements
- Solid experience handling residential property transactions
- Pragmatic, proactive and commercially minded
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident managing your own transactions and workload
- Able to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure
