A UK-based consulting firm is seeking a Voids Repair Manager to oversee repairs of empty properties and ensure a high standard of service delivery. The role involves managing staff, budgets, and compliance with construction regulations. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, strong technical knowledge, and a HNC in Construction or equivalent. The position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 2 days in the office, with on-site visits necessary to ensure tenant satisfaction.
Voids Repair Manager
Up to £47.12 per hour – Inside IR35
South West
6 Months Initially
Hybrid (minimum 2 days in the office)
Regular site visits to empty and occupied properties across the borough.
Interviews will take place ASAP
Reporting into the Head of Property Services, you will be an experienced Voids Repairs Manager, responsible for overseeing the repair of empty properties and the delivery of minor aids and adaptations across the Council’s housing stock. This role is key to ensuring homes are relet quickly, safely, and to a high standard, while maintaining a strong focus on tenant satisfaction, service improvement, and partnership working.
