A leading property investment company is seeking a motivated Property Investment Consultant to join their team in Leeds. This role focuses on building relationships with high-net-worth clients, helping them invest in buy-to-let properties. The position offers a base salary of £30,000, uncapped commission with OTE of £80K+, along with 28 days of holiday and team incentives. Ideal candidates will have sales experience and excellent communication skills, thriving in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or property sales.
  • Experience working with high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills.
  • Tenacious, determined, and target‑driven approach.
  • Knowledge of buy‑to‑let property.
  • Full, valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads from multiple marketing channels.
  • Make outbound calls to warm leads, meeting daily KPIs.
  • Conduct professional consultations to understand client investment needs.
  • Recommend suitable properties based on client requirements.
  • Confidently manage objections and close sales over the phone.
  • Build and maintain trust with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Occasionally meet clients face to face when required.
