Job summary
A leading environmental consultancy in the UK is hiring Assistant Project Managers to support multi-disciplinary environmental projects. You will assist in project management documentation, coordinate project schedules, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. Ideal candidates should have an interest in sustainability, experience in project environments, and relevant qualifications. Responsibilities
- Support development of project proposals including requirements and cost estimates.
- Assist PM in developing project management documentation.
- Coordinate and update project schedules.
- Ensure health and safety information for site visits is secured.
- Schedule meetings, take minutes, and track actions.
- Manage information via Common Data Environments.
- Work with multi-disciplinary environmental project teams.
- Assist in administration of supplier contracts.
