A leading marketing agency in the UK is seeking an experienced Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist. This role involves driving growth through the customer journey, from acquisition to retention. Were looking for an experienced Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to drive growth across the full customer journey from acquisition and onboarding to retention and reactivation. In this role, you will develop targeted lifecycle strategies, deliver compelling communications, and work closely with teams across marketing, e-commerce and sales to run impactful, insight-led campaigns.
A key part of the role is owning and optimising our email solution platform, working as a super-user and using marketing automation to deliver personalised, scalable customer journeys. Youll also collaborate with Data Science to build and maintain lifecycle reporting, analyse performance, and use insight to shape future activity. Alongside this, youll manage customer communications, support account-based marketing, and work with Creative Services and agencies to deliver high-quality campaign material.
