About The Role

Were looking for an experienced Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to drive growth across the full customer journey from acquisition and onboarding to retention and reactivation. In this role, you will develop targeted lifecycle strategies, deliver compelling communications, and work closely with teams across marketing, e-commerce and sales to run impactful, insight-led campaigns.

A key part of the role is owning and optimising our email solution platform, working as a super-user and using marketing automation to deliver personalised, scalable customer journeys. Youll also collaborate with Data Science to build and maintain lifecycle reporting, analyse performance, and use insight to shape future activity. Alongside this, youll manage customer communications, support account-based marketing, and work with Creative Services and agencies to deliver high-quality campaign material.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and deliver customer lifecycle plans that support Active Customer Base growth
  • Create tailored multi-channel campaigns, including Always-On activity, automated journeys and loyalty programmes
  • Lead customer communications such as newsletters, targeted emails and nurture programmes
  • Act as a super-user for our email solution platform (e.g. Optimizely), driving automation, segmentation and optimisation
  • Work with Data Science to analyse results and improve performance through insight
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to produce impactful campaign assets
