Key Responsibilities
Commercial management of food retail fit-out projects from pre-contract through to final account
Preparation and control of budgets, cost plans, and forecasts
Managing valuations, variations, and final accounts
Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
Liaising with clients, project managers, and site teams
Ensuring projects are delivered within agreed commercial targets
Requirements
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within food retail fit-out (essential)
Experience working on fast-track retail projects
Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to travel for nationwide work
