Responsibilities
  • Dealing with PA duties from email & diary management over to arranging travel
  • Proactively managing complex calendars & priorities while acting as a gatekeeper
  • Overseeing reporting on social value initiatives & team actions to ensure delivery
  • Preparing briefings, reports, and follow-ups for key meetings
  • Assisting with coordinating/reporting on projects – ensuring smooth handovers
  • Looking out for ways that processes can be streamlined within the business
Qualifications
  • Ideally 3 - 5 years’ experience as an Office Manager
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs and take initiativeSkilled in calendar/project management and ideally productivity tools
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and confident handling sensitive information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
