A Project Manager within Moneyhub's Customer Success team delivers products and services to clients and owns Client Success and Support strategies. You will provide first‑class service, working closely with Product Manager and Sales Director to ensure excellence from sales through to support.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with enterprise clients
• Lead day‑to‑day client projects, chasing actions, mitigating risks, troubleshooting issues
• Ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery and ongoing support
• Facilitate client workshops and meetings, remotely and on site
• Provide proactive communication and status updates tailored to client needs

• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver outcomes and identify improvement opportunities
• Partner with Senior Leadership to evolve Client Success and Support strategies
• Use client data and analytics to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities
• Champion the voice of the customer to surface issues early and act on them

• Support Sales in identifying cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities
• Collaborate with Finance for accurate invoicing and timely payments
• Support client escalation meetings and contribute to continuous improvement
• Assist in business planning and prioritisation by understanding revenue, client potential, and pipeline

• Fully understands Moneyhub's products and client expectations
• Has built key relationships with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams
• Assists in initial client engagements and delivery meetings confidently
• Manages first project(s)

• Manages multiple client projects independently from initiation to post‑delivery support
• Demonstrates strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Identifies client growth opportunities and shares insights with Sales and Product
• Contributes to evolving Client Success strategy and process improvements

• Recognised as trusted advisor to clients
• Proactively identifies risks, opportunities, and innovations that enhance delivery and satisfaction

• 2+ years of experience delivering SaaS solutions, B2B in fintech or similar
• Demonstrable project‑management skills in an agile, matrix‑managed environment
• Client‑centric, ensures first‑class experience

• Collaborative across teams (Sales, Product, Engineering)
