• 5–10 years of post-Part 2 experience, ideally 5 post-Part 3.
• Experience in the technical design and delivery of UK construction projects.
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and CDM responsibilities.
• Desirable to have experience acting as or supporting a Principal Designer.
