Job summary
A recruitment firm is actively seeking a Repairs Manager for a Local Authority client in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will lead and manage repairs and maintenance teams to ensure high standards of productivity and service quality. - Lead, direct and manage day-to-day repairs and maintenance teams including voids and associated sub-contractors, providing a comprehensive service to customer defined quality standards and requirements.
- Ensure high levels of productivity, cost effectiveness and quality, with maximum performance in accordance with the standards and policies.
