Architectural Technologist- Student Accommodation Team

Location: Sheffield

Salary: 34-42,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of student accommodation schemes at various stages, from concept to completion
• Produce high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages using AutoCAD and Revit
• Coordinate with internal architects, engineers, and external consultants
• Ensure designs comply with current UK Building Regulations and client requirements
• Attend site visits and contribute to design and technical meetings
• Maintain clear project documentation and follow project delivery standards

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Several years' experience in a UK architectural practice
• A solid understanding of building regulations, construction detailing, and technical design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• A methodical and organised approach to technical delivery
• Strong communication and teamworking skills
• A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and professional development
