As a Production Supervisor, you will report directly to the Production Manager and be responsible for ensuring a smooth flow of production through the manufacturing line to meet weekly production targets effectively. Your main duties will include:
To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership skills to manage the manufacturing team, excellent organisational abilities to control production levels and meet targets, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Experience in lean manufacturing practices and health and safety regulations is essential. You should also be able to handle disciplinary and grievance issues effectively.
