Job description

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and optimise our manufacturing operation. This is a hands‑on role with responsibility for production performance, quality, and team leadership. Experience in MDF‑based manufacturing is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day production planning, scheduling, and workflow
• Ensure products are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards
• Oversee quality control, with a strong focus on finish quality and accuracy
• Lead and motivate production teams, including operators, finishers, and packers
• Monitor and improve KPIs (output, defects, rework, downtime)
• Drive cost control through efficient use of materials and labour
• Resolve production issues including machine breakdowns and finishing defects

Technical & Operational Experience

• MDF manufacturing, CNC routing, cutting, sanding, and finishing
• Paint spraying and decorative surface finishes
• CNC machinery and workshop equipment knowledge
• Waste management, dust extraction, and material optimisation
