Job Title: Production Planner

Our client, a power management company, is looking for a Production Planner to join their growing team in Luton. This is a long‑term position for candidates that are interested in developing their skills and working within a well‑established production environment. Full training will be provided for this position, and there are excellent opportunities to expand your knowledge and experience within the industry.

Job Role (Production Planner)

• Planning production schedules and capacity to maximise revenue
• Watching costs to meet budgets
• Handling production disruptions and productivity problems
• Ensure plans meet targets
• Support plant supply chain operations
• Track production orders and identify issues
• Evaluating raw materials and equipment to ensure everything is in place for production

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00
• Friday 08:30 - 16:10

Pay rate

• £20.92 per hour for all hours worked
