Job description

Production Operative roles available with AM or PM shifts on offer working in production or packing for a well‑known online retailer in Nuneaton CV10 7QR with free parking onsite and flexible shifts to suit!

Hours & Shifts

You can choose to work a mix of AM and PM, and choose the days you wish to work – the site operates 7 days per week.

• AM: 7am‑5pm (0700‑1700)
• PM: 11.30am‑8pm (1130‑2000)

Pay Rate

£12.33 per hour

Responsibilities

As Production Operative you will be working in a production and warehousing environment undertaking any of the following duties:

AM Shift Duties – Production

• Prepare flowers by conditioning them: removing outer packaging, trimming stems, removing lower foliage, and conducting basic quality checks.
• Handle a range of floral stems (including roses with thorns).
• Communicate any quality concerns with line leaders to uphold high standards.

PM Shift Duties – Packing

• Pack a variety of products, including bouquets, house plants, dried flowers, and gift sets, with boxing and labelling.
• Use specific pallet specifications to palletise and cage finished products for transport.
• Raise any quality concerns with line leaders to maintain our high standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Warehouse, Production or Quality Control experience ideally.
• Full training will be provided for those without warehouse experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent attention to detail – a good level of product care is required.
• Good level of English language.
