We design and manufacture microprocessor-based controllers for renewable energy systems worldwide, serving clients in Korea, Australia, the USA, India, Mongolia, and more. As a growing business in a rapidly expanding industry, we’re now establishing our first dedicated Marketing function to help us stand out in a more competitive market.

We’re now creating our first dedicated Marketing function to help drive growth, visibility, and brand recognition within a competitive renewable energy market. As our Marketing Manager, you will own the overall marketing strategy—from high-level planning to hands-on campaign execution. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, external consultants, and cross-functional teams to showcase our products, expertise, and commitment to sustainable energy solutions.

• Marketing Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with company goals.
• Brand Development: Define and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels.
• Digital & Content Marketing: Manage our website, social media (LinkedIn), lead-generation funnels, and partnership marketing. Produce engaging content (written and visual) to highlight our projects and innovations.
• Partnership Campaigns: Collaborate with installers, manufacturers, and training academies on joint marketing efforts.
• Performance Tracking: Measure and report on marketing KPIs. Optimize campaigns to maximise ROI.
• Collaboration: Work with sales, technical, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth execution.
• Team Growth: As the marketing function expands, help hire, mentor, and manage additional team members in due course.

• Demonstrated experience in marketing (preferably with B2B or renewable energy exposure).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational abilities.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable taking ownership and driving initiatives.
• Ability to create compelling content (bonus if you can produce video/photography).
• Willingness to eventually lead a broader marketing team.
