Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic tech company and drive recruitment excellence across our Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Science teams. This is a strategic role where you'll partner with hiring managers to build world‑class teams while scaling our talent acquisition processes. You'll be at the forefront of innovative recruiting practices, leveraging AI tools and data‑driven insights to attract top‑tier talent in a competitive market. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑paced environments and has a proven track record of delivering exceptional hiring outcomes for technical roles.

Your responsibilities
  • End-to-end recruitment management - Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role scoping and sourcing strategy through to offer negotiation and onboarding for Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Science positions.
  • Strategic talent sourcing - Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using multiple channels including direct outreach, social recruiting, technical communities, and passive candidate networks.
  • Stakeholder partnership - Collaborate closely with hiring managers, leadership teams, and cross‑functional partners to understand business needs, define role requirements, and align on hiring strategies.
  • Data‑driven optimisation - Analyse recruitment metrics and candidate feedback to continuously improve processes, reduce time‑to‑hire, and enhance candidate experience across all touchpoints.
  • AI‑powered recruitment innovation - Implement and optimise AI recruiting practices to increase efficiencies while maintaining a positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of tech recruitment experience - Proven track record recruiting for a range of roles across Product, Design, Engineering and Data Science roles at fast‑paced technology companies with demonstrable success metrics.
  • Advanced sourcing expertise - Strong proficiency with a range of sourcing approaches including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub sourcing, and other technical sourcing tools with ability to identify passive candidates in competitive markets.
  • Data analytics proficiency - Experience using recruitment analytics tools and creating dashboards to track key metrics like conversion rates, time‑to‑hire, and source effectiveness to inform strategic decisions.
  • AI recruitment tools experience - Hands‑on experience implementing and optimising AI‑powered recruitment practices.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management - Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly in ambiguous situations.
