This business are one of the UK's fastest-growing software companies. Turning over in excess of £20 million annually, they provide cloud-based software and services to assist organisations improve training & retention of employees.
Working across multiple sectors, they have partnerships with some of the biggest brands in Europe. Due to recent additional funding and continuous product development, they are now looking to add entry level talent to the Bristol sales team.
What does the role involve?
Working as a Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to drive new business opportunities for the company by reaching out to prospective clients.
This is an entry level role, meaning full training & support is provided as you learn how to identify potential clients, build relationships with senior decision makers & move them through a sales process. The end goal of an SDR is to book in product demonstrations for the senior sales team to sit with prospective clients.
Opportunity to move into a closing role (Account Executive) is available following success in the SDR role. The role is on site in Bristol city centre, Monday-Friday. There are opportunities for hybrid working as you begin to progress.
What are the company looking for?
This is an entry level role, meaning there are no previous work experience requirements. Transferable skills are the focus, with confidence, relationship building & resilience being key contributors to success in sales.
The role will be suited to someone naturally curious that wants to learn more about clients and develop their own skills. The business pride themselves on being collaborative and are seeking someone that works well within a team environment.
Other requirements are for the successful candidate to hold a 2.1 or better grade at degree level (any discipline) and be commutable to Bristol city-centre.
