• Plan elements for operational launch including raw materials and factory engagement.
• Lead trials to ensure new products can be manufactured safely and consistently.
• Manage the handover of Quality Contracts to Technical team.
• Prepare trial reports detailing manufacturing constraints and best practices.
• Establish Food Safety and Quality Standards for new products.
